I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, shortly after I graduated from High School I got married and had two children. I was planning to become a teacher, but life had other plans and I found myself in Florida. After relocating to Florida in 1991, going through a divorce, and not wanting to go back home, I got a job working for Walgreens. I enjoyed a very successful career with them and after 22 years, I retired in 2013.

I became a substitute teacher for Polk County and then when we moved to Tampa, I was working in the schools in Hillsborough County. While I was working as a teacher, I went back to school to finish my degree in Business Management and Marketing.

In 2018 I decided to become a Real Estate and later a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. In 2020 my husband and I opened our own business Martin Security Services. My role besides the day-to-day management is to provide Business and Loss Prevention Consulting for our Customers.
